Erick Voeltz
Amazing and Raw Talent
Erick is my newest artist with some talent that will shy anyone away. Even his raw, unedited sound will surprise you with that mix of Morgan Wallen and Tyler Childers sound that will make you gasp! He is my unicorn of artists with lots of surprises to come!
Erick was born in Duluth, Minnesota and raised in Detroit Lakes and Faith, Minnesota. He grew up singing and playing music with his stepdad as well as his grandfather who played in a band called ‘The Country Drifters’ out of Fargo, North Dakota. His grandfather is and always will be one of the best guitar pickers he’s ever seen who also played many other instruments.
Erick started playing guitar at the age of 15 and started writing music in his 20s and did not write his first actual song until 25. He may have been a late bloomer, but the wait was worth it!
Not only were his grandfather and stepdad musicians but his nephew also plays bass in a cover band and his sisters have amazing singing talent as well, making for a family full of talented artists!
